Where will you be if tomorrow the world changes into ice age?

This is the picture from The day after tomorrow movie. This movie is one of the best movie which I like. I watched this film for many times. This is American science-fiction film in 2004. The day after tomorrow is the movie about the effect of global warming. It was the second highest grossing movie at that time. It gained money about 542 million dollar US. When the DVDs released, the film made about 110 million DVDs sale that cost 188 million dollar US.
This film was written by Roland Emmerich and Jeffry Nachmanoff. There are many actors in this movie but the main actors are Dennis Quaid (Professor Jack Hall) and Jake Gyllenhaal (Sam Hall).
Professor Jack Hall is a paleoclimatologist, a person who study about climate change, for National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, NOAA. He go to Atlantica with his 2 colleagues to drilling for ice core example. Suddenly the ice self breaks from the rest of continent and Jack almost fall into his death. After that Jack present his finding on global warming to United Nation conference but they do not believe him.
Then not long time after his presentation, many tornadoes start to destroy Los Angeles. Professor Jack Hall's son, Sam Hall, and his friend go to the New York city to have an academic competition. After the competition finish they plan to go home by the next train.Suddenly the weather becomes massively violent with intense winds and flooding rains. Unfortunately, the storm forcing subway and Grand Central Station to close. Sam ask his father for advice, and he tell Sam that he should stay indoor and I will go to help you.
Will Jack can help Sam? Will Sam and his friends be alive? Will they can come back?
